Le candidat intgrera lquipe de ralisation pour la conception et le dveloppement de bibliothques informatiques ddies aux systmes oprationnels dobservation de la terre. Le candidat aura en charge le dveloppement Dune nouvelle chane de monitoringcalibration de Qualit Image dune chaine image satellitaire sur la base dun framework existant. De librairies de Qualit Image radiomtriques et gomtriques Pour se faire, il devra Mettre en place lenvironnement de dveloppement de cette chane GIT, intgration continue participer la spcification des interfaces externesinternes et au design de la chane dvelopper ou adapter les traitements radiomtriquesgomtriques, et autres fonctions de la chane Matlab, Python. Intgrer des traitements dans le framework existant, Valider la chane en relation avec les quipes mtier. Ingnieur Docteur en informatique et traitement dimages Bac5. Vous disposez entre 3 et 10 ans dexprience dans le mme domaine. Vous disposez idalement dune premire exprience dans le domaine du traitement dimages quel que soit lapplication vise tldtection, vision par ordinateur, imagerie mdicale, Doctorat ou stage significatif Vous disposez des comptences Techniques suivantes Bonne maitrise de Python et de Matlab Bonne connaissance en tldtection, algorithmie et traitement de limage. Vous savez travailler en autonomie, vous tes rigoureux, cratif et avez un fort esprit dquipe. Roskosmos loses contact with Angolan telecom satellite

(Telecompaper) The Russian space agency Roskosmos has announced that it has lost contact with an Angolan telecommunications satellite launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome. Roskosmos said that the launch on 27 December was successful, but that ground control stopped receiving telemetric data from the satellite shortly after it entered orbit. In a brief statement, it said officials were trying to restore contact with Angosat-1, the African country's first telecommunications satellite.
