That's according to Rob Cerbone , vice president of wireless product management for Time Warner Cable , speaking a day after the company announced it was expanding its outdoor WiFi hotspots to customers in the Triangle. The hotspots allow TWC customers to access WiFi on the go - a service necessary because of the rise of data usage outside the home, says Cerbone.
