000 ABNT20 KNHC 151147 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 800 AM EDT MON AUG 15 2016 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: A tropical wave located a few hundred miles south of the Cabo Verde Islands is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms well in advance of it. Environmental conditions appear conducive for gradual development of this disturbance during the next few days before conditions become less favorable later this week.
