000 ABNT20 KNHC 191735 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL ISSUED BY THE NWS WEATHER PREDICTION CENTER COLLEGE PARK MD 200 PM EDT MON SEP 19 2016 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Karl, located well east of the Leeward Islands. Showers and thunderstorms associated with a low pressure system located several hundred miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands continue to show signs of organization, and it appears that a tropical depression could be forming. If this trend continues, then advisories could be initiated on this system later today or tonight.
