000 ABNT20 KNHC 042339 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 800 PM EDT TUE OCT 4 2016 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Matthew, located near eastern Cuba, and on Tropical Storm Nicole located a few hundred miles northeast of the Lesser Antilles. A large area of showers and thunderstorms located several hundred miles east of the Windward Islands is associated with a tropical wave. Development, if any, of this system is expected to be slow to occur while the wave moves westward at 10 to 15 mph.
