000 ABNT20 KNHC 092324 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Sat Sep 9 2017 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Irma, located near the northern coast of central Cuba, and on Hurricane Jose, located just north-northeast of the northern Leeward Islands. Showers and thunderstorms associated with a tropical wave located a few hundred miles south of the Cabo Verde Islands have shown some signs of organization today.
