000 ABNT20 KNHC 112356 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Mon Sep 11 2017 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Irma, located inland over southern Georgia, and on Hurricane Jose, located a few hundred miles north-northeast of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Showers and thunderstorms associated with a tropical wave located several hundred miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands have not become any better organized during the past day.
