000 ABNT20 KNHC 180534 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 AM EDT Mon Sep 18 2017 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Jose, located a few hundred miles southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, on Tropical Depression Lee, located over the eastern Atlantic Ocean, and on Hurricane Maria, located a couple of hundred miles east-southeast of the Lesser Antilles.
