000 ABNT20 KNHC 292319 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Sun Oct 29 2017 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on the remnants of Philippe, which dissipated over the western Atlantic Ocean southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. A non-tropical low pressure system located about 1000 miles east of Bermuda is producing some disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity.
