Vitrociset is looking for candidates as Documentation configuration management assistant for a a major European space program under development. You will join the space program team and your responsibility will be to assist the project in the areas of documentation configuration identification, control, status accounting, and audits as applied to space programs standard ECSS. Your core tasks will consist in Implementing the internal and enduser requirements related to documentation and configuration management Ensuring documentation processes, policies, and procedures are followed by teams Reviewing approval processes, and ensuring changes and revisions are clearly identified Populating the configuration management database CMDB according to the approved rules and workflows storage, versioning, distribution list in order to ensure this database is reliable e.g. relevant versions are available and identifiable obsolete documents are not reachable Reporting changes and current configuration Auditing or supporting quality audits to verify that requirements have been met Language skills English fluent working language Computer skills Office tools Classic Documentation Management software Required soft skills Analytical and critical thinking, good sense of organization of work Rigor, accuracy Reliability Strong collaboration skills, teamplayer Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a changing environment, openminded Ancillaries Position based in Toulouse, France Position mainly based at customer premises Office hours
