A vacancy for a Product Assurance Manager mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in ENS Product Assurance. The successful applicant will join ENS PA Germany. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Ensuring the implementation of all quality requirements of the project and participating in the organisations Coordinating and monitoring all working staff of the Q discipline at project level e.g. SWQA, MP, EEE, Cleanliness, Dependability, AITQA, Supply Quality, Radiation Representing product assurance PA matters to project management, customers and subcontractors Being responsible for the proactive identificationcontrol and support of critical development processes to minimise project risks Coordinating inhouse and customerspecific quality requirements of the project Creating and implementing the product assurance plan, as well as PA requirements for subcontractors Ensuring the compliance with product liability requirements and EN 9100 requirements Autonomously managing PA tasks and coordinating PA support disciplines. Ensuring a clear QOrganisation in the project Managing error messages NonConformance Reports NCRs during creation, carrying out cause analysis, and initiating corrective measures, coordinating NonConformance Review Boards NRBs up to closeout on levels 1, 2 and 3 Monitoring subcontractor quality according to project requirements Initiating and carrying out supplier audits for project needs in particular Ensuring that alerts and warning notes are checked Ensuring the qualification of specific manufacturing and integration processes Ensuring the risk assessment and control of the project Providing monthly quality reports and ensuring quality management adhoc information in case of NCR Willingness to travel on a regular basis is required for this position.
