2020-07-02 19:08:50| EmergingTextiles.com

This extreme volatility is in line with the rising uncertainties about the prospects of the luxury industry, which has been severely affected by the current pandemic. Our quarterly report provides daily prices in the past 12 months and monthly average prices over the last ten years for silk and dried cocoons on China's domestic market, with an in-depth analysis of the latest and long-term trends. China's raw silk and silk yarn export prices are released over the past eight years along with EU's silk import data, including average import prices over the last five years. India Fiber and Yarn Markets (Weekly Report)

2020-07-02 19:08:50| EmergingTextiles.com

Cotton fiber and yarn prices could fall to lower levels in India. After inventories have surged over massive subsidization, an excellent monsoon could now boost cotton production this summer. Our weekly review of Indian yarn prices covers the domestic and export markets, including carded and combed cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester, and 100% viscose. Major yarn production centers are covered with Tirupur (Tamil Nadu), Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) and Ludhiana (Punjab). Yarn prices are compared with fiber prices, and offering the latest trends of spinners' margins.
