Ground Segment Integration, Verification and Validation Engineer 1613060 Job Description We are looking for a Segment Integration, Verification and Validation Engineer for our client EUMETSAT. Some of your key tasks will include Maintain the GS IVV plans, schedules and verification control documents Support the generation, maintenance, review of test specifications and procedures Support the identification and development, or procurement, of test tools, and generation of required test data Support the preparation, execution, assessment, documentation of tests, including the reporting at relevant test readiness and test review board meetings Perform investigations into anomalies and their documentation in anomaly reports, supporting anomaly review board meetings Liaise with facility, MME and system teams for the resolution of relevant issues at facility, GS or system level, and the coordination of IVV activities across levels Perform analysis and assessments of technical issues relevant to the GS IVV activities Required Skills and Experience A university degree or equivalent in an engineering or scientific discipline At least 5 years of experience in the development of satellite monitoring and control systems, andor payload data processing A solid knowledge and expertise in the following areas Specification and design of space missions ground segments, their interfaces and dataflows Development lifecycles Approaches and techniques for integration, verification and validation.
