Tasks Implementing and optimising CADM Configuration and Data Management processes, e.g. identification and control of configuration items, maintenance of configuration baselines and configuration management records, providing of configuration status accounting, execution of configuration audits, preparation and delivery of configuration items to the customer Supporting projects in ILS Integrated Logistics Support questions as well as implementing and optimizing ILS processes, e.g. FMECARAMS analysis and reports, maintenance of data in ILS tools, interfacing with the customer and hardware provider for maintenance and repair Evaluation, implementation and administration of CADM and ILS tools Preparing and conducting inhouse trainings related to CADM and ILS Qualifications University degree in IT Bachelor, Master or equivalent or a related discipline Fluent in English written spoken Passionate about space Preferably a minimum of two years experience as a CADMILS Engineer Preferably experience in using industry standard CADMILS tools Preferably experience in using standards relevant in the space industry, e.g. ECSS or CCSDS You thrive on solving complex tasks in a challenging environment and enjoy supporting your team colleagues. CGI are currently seeking experienced project managers to support our team in Darmstadt, reporting to the business directors you will be responsible for the day to day execution of one or a number of projects depending on size and experience. As a project manager you will be responsible for ensuring that CGI fulfills its contractual obligations to our clients in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. Tasks As a CGI project manager you will receive a broad range of responsibilities specific to each Project. Typically these responsibilities will include Taking ownership and control of the project scope, budget, resourcing and schedule Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with our clients, including performing client satisfaction surveys in coordination with the business directors Preparing and ensuring the adherence of the team to the project management, quality and other plans as necessary Performing internal and external reporting as required by the CGI management foundation and our client contracts Supporting the business directors in business development activities and the preparation of proposals Qualifications Mandatory Experience and knowledge in the delivery of bespoke software solutions Experience in the management of the contractual status and the application of rigorous change control University degree, preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline Fluency in English as a working language Desirable Familiarity with the Space Industry environment, in particular working with major institutional and large prime contractors Familiarity with the delivery of systems based upon standard space industry products, E.g. SCOS2000, SIMSAT, EGSCC Formal project management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, PMI or ITIL Fluency in French
