We are currently looking for two Project Planning and Scheduling Consultant to support our customer in Germany. Project Planning and Scheduling Consultant Key Tasks and Responsibilities In support of the MTG program, you will have the following responsibilities Maintain a detailed development logic and schedule of the MTG Programme, in particular for the integration, validation and verification of the system Track activities progress against schedule and signal any deviations Identify interactions and dependencies Generate and analyse schedule performance indicators, milestone trend charts Establish, monitor, maintain and control the MTG Programme planning and schedules, based on inputs from the programme technical teams Improve and maintain multilayered programme planning files and schedules Monitor and control programme planning and schedules Assist programme team leaders in establishing, monitoring and controlling individual plans and schedules as well as related programme resources. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in management or engineering discipline Schedule preparation, monitoring and control, for complexlarge system programs, preferably space systems, planning and resource monitoring Microsoft Project or a similar project management tool suite e.g. Primavera Project management standards e.g., ECSS, scheduling concepts and techniques Ability to draft concise management reports and executive level presentations Extensive handson experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite and in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and Access Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of French is an advantage.
