For over 18 years the Air Traffic Management Navigation department within the Ground Systems division has been involved in major programmes in the air traffic control domain at the national and European levels. The department is a major actor in several future programmes EEE ERATO, SESAR, 4SEE, SYSAT, etc. The department intends to pursue and develop its activities internationally by investing in innovative solutions based on a product approach. In this context, you will contribute to defining the systems architecture and implementing the functional algorithms for a new air controller support tool in the process of being defined. Beginning from the definition of the current prototype, you will lead the following activities Defining the functional requirements, Drafting specifications, Implementing algorithms, Integratingvalidating. Moreover, you will participate in the development of the ATM Navigation department Technical synergy with the other departmental projects on the ATM algorithm aspects, Participating in the departments calls for tender, Participating in the departments RD projects, Participating with communication actions presentations, product demonstrations, ATM Academy, etc. This position will require occasional travel for business 2 to 3 days, 4 times per year in Europe, and, as such, you must be able to travel accordingly. As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and competencies Ideally, a computer engineering degree or university equivalent, 3 years of experience in C, QT and IHM development, Solid knowledgeexperience in mathematicsalgorithms, Knowledge of DOORS and ClearcaseClearquest, Ideally, experienceknowledge of the ATM domain, Advanced level in English.
