Transversal support to PRS and security requirements and standards

You will have the opportunity to provide support to the management and the configuration control of the security documentation handled by the GSA. It covers classified documents as well as PRS and other security documents which may be unclassified. This position is based in Prague, Czech Republic. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Making an inventory of the existing documentation for each system build and contract The establishment and the maintenance of exploitation document management policy and processes The establishment and the maintenance of exploitation configuration management processes, for the documents applicable to a given system buildcontract The implementation of the corresponding activities, including the use of specific IT tools and when necessary the migration of data between tools maintain the traceability between the Mission Security Requirements and lower level documentation setting requirements for the development of service facilities and operations under GSA responsibility Maintain an uptodate statement of compliance against Mission Security Requirements expressed in the Galileo mission and security requirements The preparation of datapackages and the drafting of corresponding delivery notes Register proposal for evolution of the security baseline Maintain the DMSDMS application Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a university degree in Information management, Business administration, Engineering or in another area relevant to the job You have at least 3 years of working experience as a Documentalist in document management andor configuration control. You have knowledge in SharePoint andor and other DMS. We are looking for an Engineering Support for Incentive Scheme for New and Cooperating States E3 to join our Ajilon Technology Aerospace team, working onsite at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands Ajilon Technology Aerospace is a specialized Engineering consultancy with more than 30 years experience providing aerospace Engineers to our key partners in The Netherlands. Ajilon is a longstanding business partner of the European Space Agency ESA, with more than 110 employees recruited from across Europe currently supporting ESAs activities. Specific tasks to be performed Supporting the Head of Section and Senior Industrial Policy Officers in the implementation of the country specific Incentive Schemes, Plan for European Cooperating States and Associated States by Supporting the focal points of one or more New Member States NMS or European Cooperating States ECS for the preparation, initiation and implementation of the relevant actions pertinent to each Member State status and associated measures. These will include assistance in the review of proposals, preparation of TEB reports, follow up of contract status and deliverables and the preparation of presentations Supporting Associate Member States, ensuring they are informed of internal ESA processes and opportunities, coordinating with other programs, supporting training courses and arranging country specific events Supporting the Secretariat of the Task Forces of NMS and their interface with National delegations in ECS and AS. Participating actively in the Division meetings To successfully perform the above mentioned tasks, the following background experience is required As per Job Class with a University degree MSc from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Engineering preferably space related, Familiarity and experience in the R D area and technology development processes, in particular in the space sector, is a distinctive advantage. Knowledge andor experience of the different ESA Programmes and European space industry as well as ESAs internal processes will be a strong asset. Knowledge of ProgrammeProject management and controlling methods and tools. Autonomy, authority and ability to interface with ESA staff at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communications. Rigor, commitment and reliability in the execution of the assigned tasks. Proactive attitude to solving problems, identify priority actions and to handle high workload. Familiarity with modern electronics office automation tools e.g. Microsoft Office suite. About ESAESTEC The European Space Agency ESA has sites in several European countries.
