Kralik Distinguished Service Award to Abbas Mirza, Ph.D. With ASTM since 2007, Mirza served as vice chairman of Subcommittee on Lead, Tin, Antimony and Their Alloys (B02.02) since 2010 and served multiple terms as B02 membership secretary. Mirza also received B02 Award of Appreciation in 2011.

Jimmy Rasco of Ergon, Inc. (Jackson, MI) was honored by ASTM International with Charles A. Johnson Award for contributions to ASTM Committee D27 on Electrical Insulating Liquids and Gases. As D27 member and chairman of Subcommittee on Mineral Oils (D27.01), Rasco contributed to development of several international standards concerning analysis and specification of mineral oils and recycled oils, oxidation stability, and dissolved gases in insulating liquids.

He plays an active role on multiple E01 groups, holding leadership roles such as chair of Subcommittee on Fundamental Practices and secretary of Subcommittees on Terminology/Editorial and Long-Range Planning.
