Cyber Security Engineer

Position Reference 101 You will have the opportunity to support our client to cover the activities within the cyber security team based in Noordwijk. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Analyse, monitor and support the list of cyber vulnerabilities. Analyse the results from the penetration testing results and to extract all the cyber vulnerabilities. Aggregate, manage and monitor the cyber vulnerabilities through a database containing for each vulnerabilities the criticality, the status, the associated risks and treatments plan, the finding date and origin, the impacted elements, etc. Perform Risk Analysis on the identified Cyber Vulnerabilities Identify the adequate cyber treatment and to follow their implementation Verify the closure evidences and update a Cyber treatment status report Deliver a consolidated Cyber Vulnerability Status when required Support the customer during the cyber review boards and other relevant meetings. The activities will be related to the Launcher mechanical environments, TED, Spacecraft Mass and Micro vibration. SPECIFIC TASKS Generation of test planning and requirements at spacecraft level for the SM and PFM mechanical tests, including build of detailed mechanical models, test predictions and model correlation. Technical support for the mechanical testing of the SM and PFM spacecraft and review of resultant test results with reassessment of structure design and analysis possible. Generation of related inputs into the Prime Engineering team for example MICD, EIDA, Operational inputs. Review of technical documentation from spacecraft subsystems and payload related to the spacecraft mechanical design Schedule and risk or opportunity inputs to the Prime team for the Mechanical design. Detailed Mechanical analysis, including the construction of the mechanical models. Generation of technical documentation related to the mechanical design, analysis and testing of the spacecraft. Supervision of drawings and manufacture of the mechanical components and interfaces with the spacecraft subsystems. Provide technical support for the mechanical testing of the SM and PFM spacecraft and review of resultant test results, including Support to the mechanical test and related reviews. Support to the Lead Mechanical Architect in the generation of spacecraft mechanical analysis documents. Preparation of inputs to the preparation of documents for the spacecraft PDR and CDR campaigns, including inputs the PDR and CDR mechanical analysis reports and Spacecraft design reports. Provision of inputs to the closure of spacecraft PDR and CDR RID actions. Provision of detailed mechanical analysis, including the construction of the Mechanical models, and review support to the Prime team, including Generation of related inputs into the Prime Engineering team for example MICD, TICD, Operational inputs. Maintenance of technical budgets related to the spacecraft Mechanical Design. Generation of planning documentation and support to AIT for payload alignment measurement and subsequent pointing budget assessment. Generation of Spacecraft Mass properties specification and Report including support of spacecraft mass properties measurement. REQUIREMENTS Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent qualification 7 years of experience in spacecraft mechanical design, analysis and budget maintenance, especially for nonterrestrial missions Experience with ESA project and familiarity with project documentation Experience in spacecraft mechanical testing Prior experience with space science missions is an asset Experience in subcontractors and supplier interaction and procurement management Deadline 20112019

Project Engineer, Strategic Teleport Partners United States Princeton, New Jersey Your Job Support the management of 3rd party teleport commercial relationships. Management of all directly associated expenditure, budgets, overall cost control and strategy in conjunction with other key Engineering functions, Sales, Sales Engineering Market Development. Your Responsibilities Support site selection, deployment, and ongoing operations for SES new High Throughput Satellites HTS and O3b mPower gateways. Research, qualify, and select thirdparty teleport sites to support Telemetry, Tracking Command TTC and Carrier Spectrum Monitoring CSM services. Support satellite relocation and reorbit projects by finding and arranging suitable partner teleport facilities. Support all other satellite services which are required to be uplinked by thirdparty teleports. Interface directly with SES Ground System Engineering and Operations groups to define project technical and operational requirements to develop Request for Proposal RFP documents. Manage the site selection process for new services and gateway hosting. Visit new potential sites to validate technical and operational suitability. Liaise directly with SES Sales, Accounting, Tax, Fleet Planning, Spectrum, and Regulatory groups throughout the planning and implementation phases of major projects. Work closely with Legal group to develop and refine contractual documents required to implement third party services and new gateway hosting projects. Develop and maintain Teleport Services Agreements TSA and related Service Orders for teleport partners in your region. This will include drafting new service orders as additional uplinks and new services are brought online. Negotiate technical, commercial, and contractual terms with new and existing teleport partners. Develop a deep understanding of regional teleport and data center hosting rates and other commercial considerations. Maintain personal relationships with key commercial and technical contacts at partner teleports. Create and generate reports detailing both commercial and engineering aspects of hosting services. Input into periodic reviews to improve cost effectiveness. Continuously evaluate service volumes at key teleports and propose service consolidation and relocations as required. Develop and maintain OPEX budget for teleports in assigned region. Includes responsibility to create purchase orders and approve invoice payments. Perform annual budget reviews.
