System IV Engineer

Position Reference 944 You will have the opportunity to support the MultiMission Integration and Verification IV service of ground segments or subsegments that have been subject to development or evolutions. You will support the engineering activities for the IV focused mainly in the preparation and contribution to the technical documentation related to IV activities. You will also support the execution of Integration and Verification activities performing the corresponding integration and verification testing campaigns according to the agreed plans and will contribute to validation activities support on the validation of systems when performing the corresponding validation test campaigns. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Verification Control for the requirements to be verified by test proposedefine the testing activities. Observing and analysis of IV tests run at segment andor subsegment level. Writing of integration and verification test specifications. Set up the test tools and refine the test data. Based on initial test specifications write detailed test procedures. Analysis of problems and management of anomalies. Contribute to or prepare the IV plans and support the team during the project reviews in relation to the IV documentation plans, VCD, RTS . Scheduling and executing of all the integration and verification activities in close coordination with the client. Organising and holding the corresponding Test Readiness Reviews TRR, in which the readiness of all required elements to perform a specific set of ground segment activities will be checked, any constraint dealt with and the final arrangements for the execution of the tests taken. Performing the integration and verification activities and testing according to the plans, procedures and arrangements taken in the relevant readiness review, undertaking any required analysis of the resultsissues and recording the outcome in relevant reports, and anomaly reports where necessary. Organising and holding in coordination with the Technical Officer TO Test Review Board meetings in which completion of the integration and verification activities will be assessed. Maintaining the relevant VCD and recording the results of the tests in DOORS. Supporting Anomaly Review Board ARB meetings if applicable. Liaising with teams and development contractors for technical issues related to the utilisation of the facilities, the communication of anomalies, the followup of their resolution and installation of patches or new releases. Support to scheduling and executing of all the validation activities and testing in close coordination with the client. Supporting Anomaly Review Board ARB meetings if applicable. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or equivalent. You are fluent in English.
