The Position We are looking for a Technical Engineer wmd for the setup and operation of connectivity services for our customers. This position is based at our Headquarter in Darmstadt. ResponsibilitiesDuties Setup and Administration of technical infrastructure Setup and administration of support systems network management systems, ticketing, monitoring Service Management of various customer communication services, technical interface to customer and supplier Process and resolve incoming support requests from Customer Fault analysis and remediation Configuration of network components switchesroutersfirewallsload balancers Scripting to automate recurring tasks Service work on Linux systems as part of the lifecycle InstallationUpdate ControlUninstallation Configuration of network components virtual and physical switchesroutersfirewalls Prototype activities QualificationsExperience A bachelor degree or technical vocational training in information systems, system electronics or electrical engineering or equivalent.
