Polyester intermediate prices are now dropping in Asia, in line with a fall of crude oil prices since the beginning of July. Polyester fiber prices could now decline, on their turn. Our weekly report covers the polyester chain in Asia, including PX (paraxylene), PTA (purified terephthalic acid), MEG (mono-ethylene glycol), polyester chips, and polyester staple and filament prices. Viscose Staple Fiber and Filament Prices in China (Weekly Report)

Viscose prices are bottoming out in China, mostly due to the sudden rise of cotton prices on the domestic market. Our weekly report covers the viscose/rayon staple fiber and filament markets over the last 12 months. Viscose spun yarn prices are also available.
