Your Profile The Service Support Personnel shall have a University degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field. The minimum level is a Master. More specifically, sound practical experience of the following is mandatory Specification, implementation and validation of BusinessManagement Processes electronic workflow applied to large softwareintensive high availability operational systems, ideally in the field of Configuration Management Minimum 3 years. Administration of the Serena Dimensions CM tool installation from scratch, release and patch upgrade, endtoend process model implementation and verification, monitoring Minimum 2 years. Sound practical experience with an equivalent Configuration Management tool can be considered, providing the candidate starts his service with an extensive training on Serena Dimensions CM Administration. Software development with an object oriented programming language such as Java, C or vb.net. Minimum 2 years. Software development environment such as Visual Studio Minimum 2 years.
