T-Mobile US starts home broadband pilot with fixed-wireless LTE service

(Telecompaper) T-Mobile US said it began piloting home internet service, sending invites to a limited group of T-Mobile customers in rural and underserved markets for broadband fixed wireless service. The move is part of its effort to give Americans "real choice and competition" for home broadband, the group said.

Canada unveils plans for universal broadband access by 2030

52% of U.S. broadband households now watching internet video on a connected TV

Parks Associates research has found that OTT video services have transitioned back into the homes living room, with a majority (52%) of U.S. broadband households now watching online video on a TV that is connected to the internet.
