We are currently looking for a Junior Stress Analyst to support our customer in Germany. Junior Stress Analyst Spacecraft Structures and Components Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Structural Engineering team in the Mechanical Engineering department, you will work on projects such as MPCV Orion, Bartolomeo or SpaceTug and have the following responsibilities Performance of structural predimensioning and concept definition Stress analyses of primary and secondary structures as well as of components and tubing applying FEM Performance of mechanical interface verifications Justification of NonConformances Close collaboration with the teams Mechanical Design Office, Thermal Engineering as well as with Systems Engineering. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Masters Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering First experience in aeronautics and aerospace Engineering Lightweight structures, FEM, Pre Postprocessing Linear Nonlinear stress and stability analyses Mechanical interface verifications e.g. VDI 2230 Material selection and properties Space and human space perimeter Knowledge of Catia V5, Nastran, Pastran, Hyperworks Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of German is an advantage. En collaboration troite avec le responsable technique, vous aurez pour mission de De participer la correction danomalies leves par les oprateurs satellites, De participer aux nouveaux dveloppements suite aux volutions identifies par les oprateurs satellites, De raliser une validation fine des dveloppements raliss, Et rdiger la documentation technique associe. Ingnieur de formation, ou quivalent universitaire bac5, avec une spcialit en mcanique spatiale, vous disposez au minimum dune premire exprience en tant que stagiaire dans ce domaine. Des connaissances sur les thmatiques suivantes sont ncessaires Mcanique Spatiale lois gnrales, dtermination dorbite, contrle dorbite, calcul dvnements en orbite, Connaissances des principes de maintien poste des satellites dorbite basse souhaitable, Capacit interprter physiquement des rsultats de simulation. De plus, des connaissances des techniques de base de lingnierie lies lalgorithmique sont attendues Codage, dveloppement, tests, Intgration, vrification, validation logiciel, Bonnes connaissances du codage en langages Fortran, Java et Scilab souhaitable.
