Extensive theoretical knowledge of Level 1 data processing algorithms for image navigation, registration and calibration and the techniques used for assessing the geometric and radiometric quality of Level 1 image products A minimum of 3 years experience in specifying, prototyping, verifying and validating Level 1 data processing algorithms A minimum of 3 years experience in the processing and analysis of data from imaging andor sounding instruments on remote sensing spacecraft Significant experience of validating remote sensing products and complex remote sensing data processing systems. The following skills would be highly desirable.
