You will join the Electronic Equipment Industrialization Management amp Plant Stock Departement TSPMB within the Space Equipment Operations organization. Space Equipment is the organization within Airbus DS Space Systems in charge of design, development and production of Avionics Equipment and Solar Arrays for Space applications, both to Airbus DS internal customer and for external customers. Space Equipment Operations is in charge of production activities Electronics Equipment Production Management amp Manufacturing Tests. This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. In the frame of Electronics Equipment Production Management amp Manufacturing Tests, your activities will include Deploying a Production Plan based on Predictive ERP to keep an integrated Production Schedule of all projects in France. Exchanging on a regular basis with the Industrial Management Teams in France to get update of project schedules. Running Monthly ProjectProduction Match with Master Schedule, getting and giving feedback between Projects and Production Plan. Working in close coordination and developing a collaborative relationship with other units within Electronics Equipment Production Management amp Manufacturing Tests. Coordinating for best practices and improvement with Manufacturing Engineering Department. Proposing and deploying improvements of the processes and tools related to Production Planning. Deploying the Airbus Defence Space quality policy Quest, promoting Lean as a mindset, developing synergies between production sites, sharing best practices. Acting as reference for Production Planning issues. Issuing regular reporting weekly report, KPI . Participating to the workload reviews and optimizing the resources accordingly. Location ESTEC, Noordwijk, The Netherlands Description Industrial Cost Auditor in the Industrial Auditing and Return Division, Industrial Policy and Auditing Department, Directorate of Industry, Procurement and Legal Services. Reporting to the Head of the Industrial Audit Section, the post holder shall be responsible for general industrial costs analysis and auditing related activities in support of the ESA procurement process. Duties Provide highquality audit services that achieve cost effectiveness and value creation in support of the ESA procurement process to achieve a transparent and cost effective deployment of public resources in industry through the ESA programmes, in particular Audit, analysis and negotiation of industrial hourly labour rates and overheads unit rates such as facility charges and other overheads, on the basis of detailed reviews carried out on the companys costs structure and accounting tools. Audit of direct expenditure on cost reimbursement contracts andor cofunded contracts including compliance with ESA rules. Financial viability audits on the basis of detailed reviews carried out on the companys financial data. Nationality audits of the concerned industry on the basis of established processes and criteria for nationality attribution. Participation in Tender Evaluation Boards and Cost Panels for the analysis of financial and cost related matters, as well as support to ESA programme directorates in direct negotiations. Audits in support of the verification of georeturn data. Audits carried out in Direct Support to Programs, including a detailed analysis and review of industrial contractual documents. Provide advice on financial matters e.g. currency exchange, price variation formulae, productivity, inflation, hourly rates etc. Verification of companys cost accounting systems in order to ascertain compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and with ESA rules. Collaboration and coordination of cost and audit activities with other National and International Organizations. Support in the daytoday audit activities, including preparing concise and accurate documentation e.g. audit reports, policies, processes, etc, analysis of data, collection of information, etc. Other audit tasks projects as requested to the Section. In the execution of these duties, the Industrial Cost Auditor closely interfaces with Senior Industry representatives, ESA and Industry Project Management teams, ESA contracts officer, ESA other finance cost engineer functions and auditors of other National Audit Authorities. Technical competencies Cost and financialmanagement accounting Behavioural competencies Communication Problem Solving Planning Organisation Education University degree Master level in the domain of Business Administration, Corporate Finance Accounting, Economics or Engineering. Additional requirements Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in auditing activities Calculation methodologies of hourly labourfacility and overheads rates. Knowledge of Accounting systems, standards and tools. Knowledge of auditing techniques.
