Cotton Yarn Trade in 2010-2014: Origins and Markets (Statistical Report)

2015-06-30 22:04:00| EmergingTextiles.com

The global cotton yarn trade has been last year depressed by a fall of prices and a sharp drop of demand from China, a year after Chinese imports suddenly surged. Exports from India and Pakistan have been negatively affected, as a result, whereas Vietnam emerged as a key player on the market, as both a supplier and a buyer. Our statistical report covers global exports and imports of cotton yarns, with detailed data for exports from India, Pakistan, China and the United States and for imports to China and Bangladesh. Average unit prices are supplied and all data are available for download.
