2018-09-03 19:23:44| EmergingTextiles.com

Polyester chain prices have continued rising in the past week, with the paraxylene prices once more surging. September ACPs prices have been set at sharply higher levels by paraxylene producers and their leading customers of the PTA industry in Asia. Downward chip and fiber prices have been far from rising at the same pace than spot PTA and MEG prices. Our weekly report covers the polyester chain in Asia, including PX (paraxylene), PTA (purified terephthalic acid), MEG (mono-ethylene glycol), polyester chips, and polyester staple and filament prices. Asian Contract Prices (ACPs) are also available for the PX, PTA and MEG markets in Asia, with 5-year charts and downloadable historical data.
