We are currently looking for a Spacecraft Operations Engineer to support our customer in Germany. Spacecraft Operations Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities As Spacecraft Operations Engineer your objective is to prepare, validate and execute of operations related to the data handling, TTC and Payload or AOCS, EPS and TCS subsystems. You will have the following responsibilities Flight Operations Procedures FOP operation Writing of procedures Adapt procedures to new databases and procedures delivered by industry Define validation scenarios FOP validation, testing, result reporting Preparation of and participation in SVfs and simulations Test and validation of operational items like CSIM, ASW, 008, SCCF, MOIS Participation in and provision of training spacecraft subsystems, Ops tools, Ops Anomaly Reports handling writing, action processing, support of review boards Operations Support Support of routine, special and contingency operations during PF commissioning. IOT and routine phase inclusive provision of shift and oncall support Provision of oncall service for the assigned subsystems during routine phase Offline analysis of the subsystem performance. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant discipline Knowledge of project documentation Profound knowledge of spacecraft user manuals, GCS Ground Control Segment Segment documentation, SCCF Element documentation Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
