For our activities in the European Patent Office Munich, we are currently looking for a Facility Management Help Desk on a fixed term contract from 1.9.2018 to 31.9.2019, part time 1300h to 1700h, working Monday to Friday. Main responsibilities Tasks and Responsibilities The key person shall work in the Facility Management Request Back Office as part of an international team and to provide support as follows Logging of the request Allocation of the request to the applicable Third Party Ensuring correct allocation through immediate followup and, if required, reallocation Feedback to user concerning expected deliveryfix time Progress monitoring of applicable Third Party Request closure confirmation from Third Party and user Telephone switchboard duties. Ideal candidate Fluency in English and good command of both German and French is required. Successful applicants should have strong interpersonal skills customer orientation be keen to work in a team.
