The successful candidate will be capable of taking initiative and solving problems in a fastpaced environment. Candidates should possess a proven record of effectively communicating and managing relationships to deliver results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and implement for all Marketing, Communications and Public relations initiatives, including campaigns for sponsorship, sales, and brand building activities Work with HQ to develop and implement brand standards across the company Research, develop, and distribute sponsorship campaigns, press releases, articles, and other marketing and communications material Promote company presence in Europe with roadshows, conferences, trade fairs, B2B meetings, and online presence Lead the production and monitoring of online content Report monthly to management on marketing initiatives and metrics Engage with the online community REQUIREMENTS Masters Degree in Business, Communications, International Marketing or equivalent 5 Years professional experience Fluency in English Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, readerfriendly language Previous experience in sales and or sponsorship appreciated Strong capabilities in document and image processing tools Photoshop, etc. Excellent project, time, and budget management skills, and being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail A mixture of high energy, flexibility and team orientation with a direct, honest, and respectful approach to problem solving, and an ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a highgrowth, startup culture Must show initiative, leadership, and positive cando attitude Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Strong capabilities in other languages esp. French, German, Luxembourgish, or Japanese a plus
