We are looking for you as AOCS, EPS and TCS Spacecraft Operations Engineer mf Are you looking for a new and interesting activity in one of Europes most outstanding projects in the area of operation of navigation satellites? This could be your field of responsibility Become a member of the Galileo Operations Team Specialise on AOCS Attitude and Orbit Control Subsystem, EPS Electrical Power Subsystem and TCS Thermal Control Subsystem Flight Operations Procedures FOP preparation Writing of procedures Adapt procedures to new databases and procedures delivered by industry Definition of validation scenarios FOP validation, testing, review and result reporting Preparation of and participation in SVTs and simulations Test and validation of operational items like CSIM, ASW, ODB, SCCF, MOIS Participation in and provision of training spacecraft subsystems, Ops tools, Ops concepts Anomaly Reports handling writing, action processing, support of review boards Operations Support Satellite monitoring and control for special OPS with main focus on AOCS and Satellite Maintenance Execution of special and contingency operations during PF Commissioning, Manoeuvres, IOT and routine phase Offline analysis of the subsystem performance Contingency Flight Operations on Flying Satellites Reporting define and set up of reports regular and upon request, trend analyses Data Base tuning define and set up of OOLs, review OOL settings in conjunction to trend analyses Provide oncall for the above mentioned subsystems Your profile requires Proven experience in the field of satellite operations A scientific or technical degree or equivalent qualification Good English language skills Readiness to take on responsibility and good team and communication skills Permission to work in the European Union. VN1509 Joining our Low Earth Orbit Spacecraft Operations Team, you will play an integral part in operating our Metop satellites and the next generation of satellites. Notably, you will participate in satellite operation phases, conduct reviews alongside multidisciplinary colleagues, test and validate procedures and participate in our oncall engineering team. Equally importantly, you will assist in delivering training to Control Centre operations personnel, demanding a blend of technical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
