Passive RF and microwave components are used in all types of wireless systems, while active RF and microwave components are used for many types of wireless systems including cellular, automotive, IoT, and 5G applications. Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) are the optimal instruments for measuring the time domain testing of passive components, as well as in measuring active component testing parameters such as gain, distortion, and noise figure. Anritsu’s handheld Vector Network Analyzers are designed and optimized for field use and are able to make all of the passive measurements required in the field with high accuracy and repeatability.
