RHEA is currently recruiting an EGNOS Exploitation Programme Engineer to manage EGNOS and Galileo subcontracts at our clients premises in Toulouse, France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Preparation, evaluation and negotiation of Galileo and EGNOSrelated contracts Preparation, evaluation and negotiation of changes to the EGNOS Service Provision contract Support to organisation of reviews, preparation and participation to progress meetings and review panels Followup of reviews, progress meetings, CFIs and deliverables associated to Major System releases Support to the EGNOS Exploitation planning highlighting the important milestones and their link with the technical and procurement activities Management of the Anomaly Review Board Technical follow up of the obsolescence watch and trigger actions accordingly. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Master degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent qualification At least 10 years of experience working in a space program environment At least 4 years of experience working on the EGNOS andor Galileo program in a bid project management position Ability to interface with both agenciesinstitutions and industryprivate companies Fluency in English and French both spoken and written. RHEA is currently recruiting a Programme Controller to support the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management Directorate at our clients premises in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Planningbudgeting based on analysis of current and future activities, and in collaboration with implementing departments and resource office, define and provide cost and manpower plans for the programmes annual and multiyear. Assist the resource office in the overall budgeting and planning process. Execution collaborate in the implementation of procurement actions within the Technology Programmes Office and related administrative tasks. Maintain an uptodate programmatic status and interact with the support services as necessary. Controllingreporting analyse and reportcommunicate status of implementation of the programmes, flagging deviations and reporting on the main causes on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Typical controlling tasks drill down reporting, statistical analysis, trend analysis, etc. Coordination based on analysis identify, agree with implementing departments, collaborate on the implementation and monitor actions in order to correct deviations at individual activities, implementing departments or programme level. Management support assist Technology Programmes Office management with resource management, audit reporting, Office representation in working groups or meetings, etc. Process analysis collaborate in continuous improvement of the processes, methods and tools. Model and analyse process performance within the programmes, propose improvements and collaborate in the implementation. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters in Engineering or equivalent or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, with a least 4 years of relevant experience Strong projectprogramme management background Technical background with understanding of overall productproject development process Basic understanding of accounting Demonstrate excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets and synthesise the outcome of the analysis Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating a balance of assertiveness with the ability to work well in a team environment Excellent communication skills, and be client focussed Proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player in a diverse and international team.
