A vacancy for an IT Infrastructures Project Manager mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Toulouse. You will join the Intelligence Operations France department, and will be a member of the EngineeringProjects team. This team includes internal resources and subcontracted activities. In collaboration with the Service Delivery Managers Infrastructure, Network Security, EndUser, you will take on the role of IT Infrastructures Project Manager for Intelligence IM projects. You will work in collaboration with your Intelligence IT colleagues and Intelligence customers to deliver the IT infrastructures and services corresponding to the needs. This position will require security clearance or eligibility for clearance by the recognised authorities. Within this context, you will be in charge of the following main activities For IT process followup o Respecting ITFM IT Funnel Meeting governance process, o Contributing to the refine feasibility phase of IT requests in collaboration with the Service Delivery Managers, o Contributing to the drafting of technical architecture documents DAT and managing workshops if necessary. For IT Infrastructures project leadership o Managing the budget and the project plan project organisation, o Managing the relationships with internal customers and external partners, o Managing the overall consistency as regards the business needs, o Defining appropriate resource allocation including supplier activities according to SDM decisions, o Ensuring followup projects with internal teams and external partners at project level, o Coordinating IT contributor activities in collaboration with the SDMs, o Managing and following up risks, o Assisting and supporting the Business teams for meetingssteering committee organisation, o Delivering mandatory documentation GPP Airbus process, o Ensuring handover to the runmode teams preparing exploitation. For reporting o Weekly reporting to the Service Delivery Managers and Intelligence Operations France managers, o Reporting on project progress, including risks, o Delivering KPIs, For qualificationacceptance o Efficiently participating in the qualification and acceptance phases, o Contributing to the preparation of the acceptance test plan, o Organising the different meetings which are mandatory to perform the acceptance phases. For compliance with security policies o For each infrastructures project, respecting the security best practices and following the security policies provided by Security Governance, o Contributing to increasing the security level in the project, o Exchanging with the Security Team and the SDMs to improve processes related to security This role will involve some travel for business 3 times a year in France and as such, you must be able to travel accordingly.
