ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The TFM Engineer will work on design, tendering and monitoring of building construction and related infrastructure systems like power, HVAC, fire detection and suppression systems, SafteySecurity as well as related control systems. Heshe supports the TFM Manager Americas in project managing infrastructure project for Americas. Heshe will be in close contact with matter experts within the Global FM CRE team including the CAD design team as well as with local site leads, Finance, Legal and other internal groups in the organization as required for the successful project implementation.
