In addition, they provide microsatellite mission solutions ranging from mission concept studies to launch and operations. We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Lead Materials Scheduler. This role is responsible for keeping the all materials flowing through test lines, and managingallocating materials and parts through teams and departments. Responsibilities Coordinate and expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies through the supply chain Manage and report on material availability and status of production orders, identifying and addressing any material shortages Ensure accuracy of data in SAP system is maintained to capture traceability and report any errors immediately Liaise with assembly, test, procurement, engineering and project management teams to confirm priorities and update order status Create and release production orders, including subcontract planning Monitor and manage supply of packaging and shipping crates Assist with any other planning or material management task as directed by line manager. This may include supporting kitting, goods receipt and stock movements in stores as necessary. SkillsExperience Proven strong SAP experience creating and managing orders Strong experience of analysing SAP reports via Excel and Pivot Tables You will be proactive and able to communicate across functions within the business You will be able to understand engineering drawings You will have high attention to detail Ideally you will come from an engineering background Experience within the Space sector is highly desirable

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Planning and Logisitcs Team Lead. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Master Production Schedule MPS. Provide information to support the business teams on bids, schedule, costs, as well as status on projects. Lead a small team responsible for master schedule, production and material planning, and logistics operations on site, as well as the SIOP process for ISC. Active member of Site Leadership Team, helping drive company initiatives and site processes such as IPDS, SIOP, HOS, as well as supporting increasingly mature HSE culture and general process improvements. Responsibilities Create and maintain MAIT Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Test resource schedules in MicroSoft Project using Project management plans, to ensure MAIT manager is able to plan resource requirements and Project Managers can identify any risks to overall schedule Applicant needs to understand Product Trees, Work Breakdown Structures, work packages, and experience in an EngineerToOrder environment would be beneficial Liaise with Project Teams, Material Production Planners Procurement during all phases of projects to ensure all material requirements are met to enable progression of ProjectMAIT Schedule. Proactively manage any material issues that may be hindering progress on MAIT schedule Lead weekly Cell SIOP process to support overall site SIOP. Compliance to the companys Quality Management System QMS Health, Safety Environment HSE policy SkillsExperience Proven strong SAP experience Excellent experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel You will be have solid communications skills with experience of leading and motivating a team You will be credible, with great influencing skills You will have high attention to detail You will have a reasonable understanding of drawings You will come from an engineeringscientific background ideally with a degree in the field APICS Certification is highly desired but not essential

QA Lead Inspector Key Tasks and Responsibilities You are the group leader of a team of QA Inspectors, have the lead in subject matters and coordinate this team. You act as the interface to the AIT Team of the project, you report internally to the product assurance manager of a space project and to the customer representatives onsite. You work independently at accredited testing facilities and at the premises of subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include Organization and guidance for the Receiving Inspections and of inprocess inspections of manufacturing and assembly and integration Control and inspection of the AIT activities, with lead of the project QA team Regular control of the logbooks and all related content of the logbooks. Guidance for the AIT team to perform the product related documentation tasks Organization and Support of Test Readiness Reviews and Post Test Reviews Support of Environmental Tests as responsible QA Representative for Equipment, Subsystems and entire Satellite Systems Performance of MIPs Mandatory Inspection Points Performance of KIPs and InProcess Inspections Responsible for the delivery of the QA documentation of the team.
