Showers and thunderstorms associated with a broad area of low pressure located a few hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, remain disorganized. Environmental conditions are only marginally conducive for the development of this system while it moves west-northwestward at about 10 mph away from the coast of Mexico during the next couple of days. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent. A large area of disturbed weather is located south of the Gulf of Tehuantepec.
