However, recent satellite wind data indicate that the system does not have a well-defined circulation. Some additional development of this system is possible today before upper-level winds become unfavorable. Showers and thunderstorms associated with a broad area of low pressure located about 850 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula have changed little over the past several hours. Some development of this system is possible tonight or early Saturday while the low moves generally west-northwestward at about 10 mph.
