He will also support Increment Managers in the areas of increment preparation and Certification of Flight Readiness CoFR, Specific duties include the following Towards PL Integration Managers PIMs Participation in reviews of payloads under development with major GS implications, such as ASIM, etc. , etc. and follow up of the implementation of new components of the USOC Ground Infrastructure in line with the development of future payloads and experiments. Support to feasibility assessments, payload testing, Identification of GS changes for the new payloads and experiments. Towards Increment Management and Preparation Interpretation of the Increment Requirements Document into implementable tasks to be given to the GS service contractors and to USOCs. Deliverables Monthly report on the PL GS integration activities including the integrated GS schedule o Report to the PIM and GS service lead the GS needs of each experiment or payload as a result of the analysis of PL integration documents GS Blank Book to be delivered on a quarterly basis for the next 2 increments to the Increment Integration Engineer and the GS lead. Status list of tasks and issues as related to the implementation tasks in the various facilities is to be reported to the GS Control Board quarterly. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline and at least three years experience in the procurement phase of ground stations for satellite monitoring and control and mission data reception Three years experience in the definition, development, integration, acceptance testing, operations preparation, operations of ground segment station monitoring control systems and defining and implementing the verification and validation of ground segment system Five years experience in a realtime spacecraft operations environment Operational usage of ground stations monitoring and control software, its configuration and validation Familiarity with ECSS and CCSDS standards related to spacetoground interfaces applicable to Satellite Monitoring Control Systems Knowledge of MC systems such SCOS, EPOCH, LabView or equivalent HCIMMI design, usage and standards Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
