Forage quality is determined by the amount of crude protein (CP), acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and energy (total digestible nutrients, TON) present in a specific forage type and species. Forage quality moves in a simultaneous direction with maturity and fertilization. As maturity increases, overall forage quality declines. At the same time as fertilization declines, crude protein levels decrease.

Are you a Requirements and Verification Engineer looking for a new challenge? Come and help us to maintain and evolve our ground systems to meet the needs of the users of current and future satellite missions Your role at EUMETSAT We are looking for an experienced Requirements and Verification Engineer to coordinate our engineering activities which will develop, maintain and evolve our ground systems for our own satellite systems and the Copernicus satellite systems exploited by EUMETSAT. You will understand the industry standards required, evolving our Requirements Management and Verification tool ecosystem to reflect the needs of our users. Key to this role is driving forward new evolutions of our processes and sharing these across the organisation. You will also support the analysis, management and verification of Requirements at various levels, from satellite system via ground system to facilities. With proven experience of theoretical and operational Requirements and Verification Engineering, you should be adept at using and customising RM tools, preferably IBM Rational DOORS. Model based Systems Engineering experience would be desirable along with recognised certification or accreditation in this field of engineering. This is a role where you need to collaborate with others, so you will need to be a team player, with the ability to plan, analyse and present technical information clearly. This is a complex, international environment, so it is essential that you have a highdegree of interpersonal awareness.
