ResponsibilitiesDuties As part of our multinational team you will lead the definition of the next generation of data storage solutions for our clients for space mission operational data, including housekeeping telemetry, command histories, operational procedures, flight dynamics products and mission specific data. The role will include the implementation of the chosen solutions, associated migration strategies and processes for ensuring the validity and completeness of migrated data to storage solution compatible with both current operational needs and future needs, e.g. supporting machine learning and data science on historical data for the development of future applications. ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The position is responsible for providing technical and architectural expertise for all aspects of software development. The incumbent will be responsible for developing code for an exciting project that will be key to plan and optimize SES satellite capacity for SES most advanced fully digitized satellites, the new O3b mPOWER constellation and SES17 satellite to start. The Senior Software Architect will provide organization leadership in software development.
