Cotton Prices on International and Domestic Markets (Weekly Report)
2018-11-07 18:26:10| EmergingTextiles.com
Cotton prices could rebound in the next year in China, over a lack of state reserves and a need to import quality cotton. Chinese demand for foreign cotton would therefore support prices on the international market. New York's futures would not necessarily reflect international trends, due to additional tariffs depressing China's demand for US cotton. Our weekly cotton report covers the international futures market in New York and China, and the physical indicator "A Index". Domestic cotton prices in China, India and Pakistan are also reviewed through a large number of tables and charts. All data are available for download.
