It shall be ensured o coordination of the PSRP activities with tasks of executive officer as in AD3 para 5.1.2, o Incoming , logging and distribution of FSDP and relevant safety documentation o Coordination and scheduling of formal Flight Safety Reviews and TIMs with the necessary agreement of the PSRP chairman. o Management of planning and execution of the payload and systems safety engineering tasks o Maintenance of payload safety files and data logs and coordination of NASAESA online databases archiving for safety documentation released and approved by ESA PSRP. o Assignment of safety engineering support to safety reviews o Preparation and distribution of minutes of PSRP meetings. o Maintenance of action items for review and concurrence of the ESA PSRP and the payload customer at the conclusion of the meetings o Assurance that safety reviews and follow up activities are planned and executed according to applicable process requirements AD1, AD2, AD4, AD5. o Maintenance of master schedule of safety reviews o preparationreadiness activities for audits such as yearly PSRP Joint Audit by NASA o Interface with the corresponding NASA organisation NASA PSRP Executive Officers JSENE o Provision of administrative support to the PSRP chairman for the aspect associated to resolution of technical issues and conduction of safety reviews. preparation and participation to the MSMACB, SMAWG, preSORR meetings. o PSRP approval of yellow tags when required o Assurance of adequate participate to safety review meetings and ESA hardware development ISS utilisation meetings as Operations Safety expert, as in AD3 para 5.1.5. o Review the implementation of the ESA Operations Control Agreement Document eOCAD. o Providion technical support for interpretation of operations safety requirements, and for impact evaluation of newrevised requirements. Specific Requirements The Safety Engineering Support Services Contractor shall propose personnel with the qualification and experience required for the specific tasks. The Agency may request to meet with the proposed personnel, to make sure that the required tasks are fully understood and clarify the competence and experience of the proposed candidates. The cost associated to such meetings will not be borne by the Agency. The safety engineers providing safety engineering support shall have the following profiles University degree in engineering discipline Experience as member of the ISS PSRPSRP Knowledge of the ISS environment for scientific payloads Knowledge of the ISS systems and subsystems Proficiency in the ISS and ATV safety requirements Proficiency in the ISS and ATV safety reviews processes Knowledge of the scientific payloads development process
