Supporting inhouse training activities on quality management. Maintaining the Quality Management System QMS documentation. Reviewing documents produced by the client from a quality management perspective e.g. document version control, templates, approval flow, and when appropriate also from a content perspective. Supporting the preparation of document deliveries related to milestones. Supporting the review of the processesdeliverables related to project management, foster alignment between project management and quality processes, and providing quality management review feedback on project management implementation projects and tools. Contributing to activity reports, such as those that may be required by Project Management Plans PMP Supporting the development of procedures, templates and work instructions. Maintaining the processes related to Anomaly Reporting. Supporting the activities of Anomaly Review Boards ARB and Change Control Boards CCB Recording and synthesising customer feedback and data on corrective and preventive actions. Collating and analyse qualityrelated indicator reports. Collecting other relevant data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the QMS. Assisting in the establishment of an Integrated Management System including Information Security and Safety Management. Gap analysis and action plan proposals. Implementation other actions required to maintain quality certification to the IS0 9001 standard. Preparation and followup of regular meetings with the Quality Team. Inputs as qualityrelated help desk for the Quality Team. Compilation and analysis of nonconformances, anomalies and problems, reporting results to Heads of Units and the Quality Team, and maintaining database records Collection of data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the IMS Supporting the analysis of external standards for incorporation into the IMS Ensuring the proper filing and documentation process of NonConformance Reports Maintaining a repository of QMrelevant documentation on the intranet Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory General experience in quality management of a minimum of 5 years. Proven experience in ISO 9001 related quality management in the last 4 years. Proven quality audit experience internal audits, customer audits gained in the last 4 years of a minimum of 2 projects. Proven experience in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems including the application of ISO 27001 standards. Proven experience in the application of quality management standards in the aerospace sector. Proven capacity to work and communicate efficiently in English written and oral at least C1 according to Europass CV Classifications The following skills would be highly desirable Proven capacity to work and communicate efficiently in French written and oral at least B2 according to Europass CV Classifications. Key Purpose of Job Lead studies, bid activities, and the internal development of new concepts for all types of space missions to support our client and their Business Line strategies. Key Tasks To work as part of a team and to lead mission design activities to support the following areas New Mission Concepts Work with Principal Investigators, Heads of Business, Business Development team and RD project teams to identify and develop new mission concepts. Perform requirements capture and subsequent development of the mission concept solution covering space, ground and user segment implementation. Perform design activities with the focus on a cost engineered solution and with appropriate challenging of requirements to develop solutions with a high performancecost ratio. Perform the required mission analysis to verify integrity of solutions. Generate a set of required enabling technologies to be developed, for input into client technology roadmaps. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Qualifications A good 1st degree or suitable includes vocational training equivalent in Engineering, Physics or Maths. Experience Space mission design to the subsystem level covering space and ground segments starting from end user requirements. The experience should cover a range of mission types including Telecomms and Earth Observation. Managing, and technically leading, space mission design studies and proposal. Space mission analysis for a range of mission types. Knowledge and Skills Excellent technical writing and presentation generating and delivering skills. Good knowledge of orbit analysis, system budgets, operations, ground segment, space environment and satellite mechanical and electrical architectures. Good knowledge of a wide range of satellite applications. Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales. Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent Knowledge of STK and Matlab or equivalent analysis tools.
