ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY As the Communications Satellite Technician, Represented, you will provide firstlevel technical support for all customer service teleport operation, installation, and maintenance processes at the Woodbine earth station. You will be responsible for the monitoring, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for satellite communications equipment at Earth Stations located throughout the Western Hemisphere. You will be responsible for maintaining service throughput for unmanned aerial vehicles, cruise line services, inflight internet, and several humanitarian missions. Position Reference 049 As Junior Quality Technician, you will have the opportunity to support the QA Team at our clients premises in Prague, Czech Republic. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Define indicators and data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the QMS. Maintain the collection of standards relevant to our clients online and in single licence formats ISO, ECSS, ITIL. Prepare the establishment of an IMS including Information Security and Quality Management, the update of the related IMS documentation, action plans follow up. Perform an annual review and update of the QM policies, processes and procedures.
