ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Communications Technician will communicate directly with customers and uplink operators. The technician will measure RF carriers and perform satellite carrier accesses at the SES Payload Management Operations Center PMOC in accordance with established access procedures. The technician will also document events and activities and troubleshoot satellite service anomalies.
