NUCLETUDES, filiale du Groupe Airbus, est une socit de 50 personnes spcialise dans lingnierie et les essais en matire de protection des systmes lectroniques aux agressions radiatives et lectromagntiques. Un poste de Project Management Officer en CDI est pourvoir ds le mois de juin 2015 au sein de Nucltudes. Vous serez rattache la Direction Commerce et Projets de notre entit et serez base aux Ulis 91. Vos principales tches seront les suivantes Apporter un support lensemble des Chefs de Projet de lentreprise sur la dfinition et lactualisation du planning et de lorganisation des tches sur chaque projet, la dfinition et le suivi des risques projet, ainsi que la mise en place des mesures prventives, voire correctives ncessaires. Apporter au Responsable Commercial et au Chef de Projet le support planification et anticipation des risques lors de llaboration des propositions techniques et financires pour les rponses appel doffres, les contrats de gr gr et les offres non sollicites. Grer le processus dlaboration des propositions et contrats au travers de lorganisation des revues de proposition, des revues de contrats et des revues de soustraitance avec le Responsable Commercial, le Chef de Projet et la Direction, La gestion de projet se fera laide du progiciel NQI Orchestra mis en uvre au sein de lentreprise. Sur certains projets, notamment les plus complexes, llaboration des diffrentes options de planification pourra tre mene en amont avec dautres outils comme MS Project. La gestion de risque utilisera le formalisme et les outils existants qui ont t dvelopps en interne. Nous recherchons des candidats ayant les expriences et les comptences suivantes Titulaire dune formation dIngnieur gnraliste ou assimil Bac5, Exprience dau moins 5 ans en gestion de projet techniques, Bonnes connaissances des principes de la gestion de projet diagrammes GANTT, chemins critiques, etc. et de la gestion des risques, Idalement connaissances dans le domaine de llectronique ou lectromagntisme, Idalement exprience concluante dans le cadre de projets aronautiques ou de dfense, Autonomie, mthodologie, rigueur, sens de lorganisation, trs bon relationnel, Niveau avanc en Anglais et de ngociation en Franais.
