Role Description Summary The position is responsible for supporting commissioning of new services and providing 24x7 Level 3 Managed Services oncall support to the SES NOC. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for engineering escalations and other services to keep the network stabilized and maintained for customer SLA requirements. As a customer facing position, it will concentrate on the support and growth of existing new business products. Position Reference 837 You will have the opportunity to provide Product Assurance PA Engineering support to the Science Operations Department SCIS of the European Space Agency, as part of the Software Product Assurance Team, at the European Space Astronomy Center, in Madrid. Maintain methods and tools relevant to PAQA activities e.g. Sonar tool, verifying and reporting their correct use by the project.
